The American team had high expectations from these two players but they could not achieve their target.
Two of America’s top breakers, Sunny Choi and Logan Edra, were representing the country on this historic stage. However, their Olympic journey ended in the round-robin stage itself.
Sunny Choi and Logan Edra are both experienced and respected names in the world of breaking. Sunny Choi, who is known for his agile moves and technical precision, gave one-of-a-kind performances in his bouts. He caught the attention of the judges and the audience with his creativity and unique style. Logan Edra, who is famous for his B-Boy Freestyle, rocked with his flips, spins, and power moves. His performance was an example of power and technical excellence.
However, despite their performance, they missed out on those small but crucial points
Logan Edra (Logistics): Being in a tough group, he had to play against B-Girl Nikka from Lithuania and B-Girl Sissy from France. After losing 2-0 to Nikka, she needed to beat Sisi but she failed to do so and missed out on a place in the top 8.
Sunny Choi: She showed her artistry and personality on stage but could not counter the powerful moves of some of her opponents. She was eliminated from the quarterfinal race before the third bout, although she beat Portugal’s Vanessa 2-0.
